Friday

Family Fun Safety Day. 9am – 12pm. Cobb County Safety Village. 1220 Al Bishop Drive, Marietta. $5/person, $20 family max. Water safety games, free fingerprinting kits, up close looks at various emergency vehicles, and more. 

Comic Book Sale at Switzer Library. 11am – 6pm. 266 Roswell Street, Marietta.

 

Saturday

Smyrna Fresh Produce Market. 8am – 12pm. Smyrna First Baptist (Market Village).

Michaels Kids’ Club. 10am, 10:30, 11, 11:30. All Michaels locations.

Open House at The Music Studio at Vinings. 10am – 2pm. 4895 S. Atlanta Rd. Come see the studio, rock out with some kids’ karaoke, enter to win one month of FREE lessons and enjoy some delicious refreshments, popsicles and face painting courtesy of St. Angelo’s Pizza!

Smyrna Soccer Club Walk Up Registration. 10am – 12:30pm. 2688 Atlanta Road, Smyrna (between the Smyrna Community Center and Police Station). Rec programs available for ages 3 – 18.

Movie by Moonlight. 8pm. Taylor-Brawner Park. Free event, movie starts at sundown. The Lego Movie.

 

Sunday

Monkey Joe’s National Ice Cream Day. 10am. 50 Barrett Pkwy. Suite 111 Marietta. Monkey Joe’s is hosting a customer appreciation event for National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, July 20.  Participating locations will be offering discounted admission of $7 and free ice cream cups to kids! There will also be prizes and giveaways throughout the day.
