Friday

Babywearing International Meeting. 11am – 1pm. REI (Kennesaw). Explore new carriers, learn new carries and access the lending library.

 

Saturday

Jitterbug Performing Arts Free Class. 10am all ages. 1125 Concord Rd. This all ages, classic program features creative movement, singing, theatre games, vocal projection exercises, dancing, improvisations, mini-scripts and puppetry. Try out a free class to see if enrollment in the full program is right for your child.

Jitterbug Performing Arts Annie Jr. Auditions. 10am. 1125 Concord Road. Children 7-12 will audition for main cast. Children 4-7 will be cast in the orphan ensemble. Performance is May 17. Annie Jr. is a 30 minute condensed version of the Broadway show Annie. Children will make the costumes, props, and scenery needed to put on this magical show. All children will be cast, so please see the Jitterbug Performing Arts website for details regarding rehearsal schedule and  program tuition.

Michael’s Kids Club. 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am. All Michaels locations. $2/per child, 3 and up. This weeks craft is “Mini Masterpieces” – painting fun.

Barnes & Noble Storytime. 11am. Cumberland Location.

Marietta Farmers Market Resumes. 10am – 1pm. Marietta Square.

Family Storytime (all ages). 2pm. Smyrna Public Library.
